Sometimes, we don’t check in with ourselves because we think we don’t have time, or we simply don’t think about it as something we ought to do. But even reflecting for 5-10 minutes a day can be a powerful part of your wellbeing routine.
First, find a quiet place and choose a time where you won’t be distracted or interrupted. Take a few minutes to zoom out and ask yourself one of the following questions (show 2 or 3).
