+ do you share any data

Our platform is completely private. Your data belongs to you and we don't use it for any purposes that are not related to building a better service. We do aggregate your data to show wider trends. Your data is fully anonomised before we aggregate and we apply banking level security standards. We fundamentally believe your data belongs to you.

+ how much time will it take

This is entirely up to you and your lifestyle, however you'll be surprised at what a small amount every week can do. If you start with just a few minutes of investment into yourself, you will often start to feel a difference and others may notice one too.

+ how will i know it's working

Mental Wellbeing is not a short term thing. Although if you are working through a particular life or work event the tips & tricks are built to give you some immediate coping strategies. We encourage constant measurement and as long as you answer honestly you should start to see progress.

+ What does my company see

We never share any mental wellbeing scores directly with your company. We do anonymise information and then aggregate it up into groups of no smaller than 25 people. This is to ensure your complete privacy. And to reassure you further, our own staff here at 87% don't gain access to your scores either without it being anonymised. We do see some app activity so we can help you explore and uncover new features and content that may help. We believe your data belongs to you, and we do not compromise this belief.

+ Is it free

For employees the 87% app and other forms of communication are free. Your company or organisation has purchased this on your behalf to support a thriving organisation. If you choose to download and use recommended apps from the marketplace they may carry a cost. However this is entirely optional and many of our recommendations are completely free to use.

+ Do I have to use the App

It may surprise you that the answer is no. We do believe that you will get more value if you do use the app but we have others ways to support you such as our weekly mental wellbeing newsletter that is designed to help you, simply by reading it. We are also looking at other ways to support you outside of the app and if you have ideas we are always looking for feedback.
