Dr. Serra Pitts

Scientific Director

For the last 10 years, Serra has developed clinical assessments for the medical community in the UK and Europe. Her research has focused on mental wellbeing in the workplace, and she is part of the NHS Thrive and Survive programme for doctors and practitioners. Serra is also a member of the British Psychological Society’s Executive Committee

Stuart Fletcher  Former CEO of Bupa    Stuart was, until April 2016, Chief Executive Officer of Bupa, a role he held from March 2012.  Stuart is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics at Oxford University. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI).

Dr Juniper is a member of the Health and Well-Being working group for The British Psychological Society. She is also lead judge for the new 'Grace Awards' recognising effective health and well-being programmes.
