Prior to founding 87%, Richard was CEO of Ladbrokes, and CEO and then Chairman of Sporting Index. He used to serve as a Special Trustee of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity for 10 years.
Mike Jones
Client Services and Operations Director
Mike has built and led global sales, service and delivery operations for high-tech FTSE companies for over 20 years, spending time with Equant, BT, Colt and Royal Mail.

Jonathan has over 17 years’ experience in information security, including 13 years in digital forensics.
Jonathan setup Forensic Control in 2008, offering computer forensic analysis, data collections, security audit and advisory via Cyber Essentials + and the ISAME Governance standard.

Dr Serra Pitts
Clinical Advisor
Serra is a Chartered Psychologist and for the last 12 years has worked with global brands and businesses to deliver organisational development strategies that focus on culture and wellbeing to improve employee experience and performance outcomes.
