Who sees my personal data?

87% respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our technical team handles all personal data in accordance with strict confidentiality and security requirements and data is stored according to GDPR requirements. Before your personal data is analysed it is assigned an anonymous ID and grouped together with other data, so that our team of clinical psychologists and researchers can identify emotional and behavioural trends across organisations without compromising your privacy. This helps our team provide tailored advice, training options and policy recommendations to improve your business’ workplace wellbeing.

Will my organisation see the results of my mental fitness measurement?

No, all your personal data, including the results of your measurement, your mental fitness score and any activity or reports remain 100% confidential to you. We do not pass on individual data or disclose any data that could identify individual staff members to organisations.

The data that we analyse is anonymised and grouped together with other users so that our team of clinical psychologists can identify trends across your organisation and help your business build robust wellbeing strategies.

Will my organisation find out if I’m having mental health issues?

No, all your personal data, including the results of your measurement, your mental fitness score and any activity or reports remain 100% confidential to you. Our technology helps you to understand your mental fitness, including any areas of potential focus that could improve your score but this information is personal and never disclosed to your organisation.

If your measurement highlights areas of particular concern, we will recommend a range of services that can provide you with the necessary support, such as charities, helplines and professionals, but this is also never disclosed to your organisation or anyone else.

If group data shows emotional or behavioural trends emerging across a team or organisation, we are able to report these insights to the business so that the right wellbeing strategies can be implemented to provide support or avert a crisis.

How does 87% use my data?

We use your data to provide you with insights into your mental fitness and give you personalised coaching on your areas of strength and ones that may require focus. This is done exclusively through our technology, without any of our clinical team seeing your personal data. We also have a team of researchers who analyse wellbeing data that has been grouped together across your organisation, but before this happens your personal data is anonymised and given a unique ID number, so that neither our clinical psychologists or our researchers have access to your personal information, including your name and contacts details.

What data is shared with my organisation?

We take great care to handle all personal data in accordance with strict confidentiality and security requirements and store data according to GDPR requirements. That means we DO NOT share any data with your organisation that could allow them to identify you or your colleagues. Insights from group-level data (e.g. average wellbeing across entire teams and organisations), in which personal data is anonymised, is provided to your organisation to identify emotional and behavioural trends. With these insights, your organisation can build robust wellbeing strategies that are targeted, to improve workplace wellbeing policy and help you build mental fitness.
